Efficient Heat Dissipation Technology
Patented heat dissipation technology developed during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, featuring an industry-unique high thermal conductivity "liquid core" heat dissipation system and combined structure process. It solves the heat conduction and dissipation challenges of high-power COB light sources, enabling rapid heat dissipation and ensuring product stability and reliability.
Low Color Temperature, Single Light Source, No Ghosting
Single light source fixture produces no ghosting on illuminated objects, eliminating the blurred light and shadow effect of discrete multi-source LED street lamps. It breaks through the technical bottleneck of low color temperature and low luminous efficacy, with a color temperature of 2200K and a total lamp efficacy of up to 130lm/W or higher. The 2200K color temperature is similar to traditional high-pressure sodium lamps, featuring strong penetration suitable for haze, rain and snow weather, ensuring road traffic safety.
Flexible Intelligent Control
Optional intelligent 5G wireless/wired control system is available to meet the needs of digital transportation and smart city construction.
Integrated Die-Casting Heat Dissipation Design
Integrated die-casting heat dissipation design with a simple shape effectively reduces wind resistance, promotes air convection and increases the heat dissipation area of the lamp body. High-quality coating materials provide corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Precise Light Distribution
Various light distribution schemes are available for different road environments. The integrated non-imaging optical design reduces glare and improves light output efficiency, meeting the uniformity requirements of different road surfaces and ensuring a comfortable road lighting environment. The glass optical lens effectively resists high temperature, impact, corrosion and other damages with high light transmittance.
Application Scenarios Use Scenario
Urban road lighting for urban arterial roads, expressways, secondary arterial roads and branch roads
